As an art and photography business, we will capture, create, store and distribute the likeness of a person as part of our work and we will always seek permission before sharing the work publicly unless the artwork has been created as a parody, pastiche or social commentary. Other than a likeness, which may be shared publicly (in the case of commissions, where permission is given to us), we do not share your personal information with any other individuals or organisations, for commercial purposes, marketing or market research and we do not pass your personal data to other websites. We will not disclose your personal information to a third party without your consent, unless we are required or authorised to do so by law or an official regulatory body. If you opt in to receive our newsletter (or other promotional material) you can opt in or out at any time by sending an email to newsletter@ronniemcinnes.co.uk and ask to be added or removed from the list.
